- Avoid posting unrelated, promotional-only, or repetitive content.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- Do not share confidential, sensitive, or proprietary business information (your own or others’).
- Respect the privacy of fellow participants; do not share personal data outside the forum without consent.
- Content shared in closed discussions should remain within the community.
- Responsible Use of Opportunities
- Funding opportunities, events, and calls shared should be relevant, credible, and transparent.
- Clearly state eligibility criteria, deadlines, and any costs involved.
- Misleading or fraudulent content will be removed.
- No Solicitation or Spam
- The forum is not a marketing or sales platform.
- Excessive self-promotion, unsolicited offers, or spam content is not permitted.
- Collaboration requests should be framed respectfully and with clear intent.
- Moderation and Governance
- Moderators are appointed by the IYBA WE4A programme team to support constructive dialogue.
- Moderators may edit, move, or remove content that does not comply with these guidelines.
- Repeated violations may result in restricted access or removal from the forum.
